Respect Collaboration Trust and Junction 16 were delighted to be recognised at the PRUsAP Awards 2026, receiving nominations in three prestigious categories:
• AP Practitioner – Support & Intervention 2026: Pete Benyon
• AP Leader 2026: Libby MacPherson (Bridge Street School)
• AP Team 2026: Junction 16 AP Team
Pete Benyon, SEMH & Inclusion Advisor and Amelia Goodman, J16 Officer, represented Respect Collaboration Trust and Junction 16 at the PRUsAP Dinner and Awards, held on Friday 26 June 2026 at the Birmingham Conference & Events Centre.
The evening also featured a keynote address from J Grange, an internationally recognised public speaker and neurodiversity advocate, who shared powerful insights and experiences that resonated with many of those working across the education and alternative provision sector.
While we were not successful on this occasion and were nominated alongside some truly inspiring individuals, teams, and organisations from across the country, it was a real honour to be recognised. The nominations reflect the dedication, commitment, and hard work of our staff in supporting children and young people across our schools and alternative provision settings.
We are incredibly proud of Pete, Libby and the whole Junction 16 team for this achievement and for the positive difference they make every day. Being shortlisted for these national awards is a fantastic accomplishment and recognition of the impact their work has on the lives of children and young people.
Congratulations to all the nominees and winners and thank you to PRUsAP for celebrating and championing the outstanding work taking place across the alternative provision sector.
